The District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police inspected the fair site in Mahoba district to review preparations for the Charkhari fair scheduled to be held on 9 November. During the visit, the officials assessed security, cleanliness and traffic arrangements, and reviewed the necessary measures to ensure the event is conducted in an orderly manner.
During the inspection, special attention was paid to security arrangements, keeping in mind the likely crowd of devotees and visitors in the fair premises. The officials also reviewed arrangements related to maintaining smooth movement and ensuring cleanliness at the fair site.
A large number of people are expected to attend the fair on 9 November. In view of this, the administration is working to ensure that there is no disorder during the event and that people get a safe and convenient environment. Through the inspection, the officials took stock of the status of preparations.
