CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A meeting of the Divisional Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (DRUCC) was held at the conference hall of the DRM office, Bhopal Railway Division. The meeting was chaired by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Pankaj Tyagi. Out of the 14 DRUCC members, a total of 10 members attended the meeting.
On this occasion, Committee Secretary and Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria gave a detailed presentation through PowerPoint on the achievements of the Bhopal Division and the passenger facilities currently being provided.
The meeting was attended by several dignitaries and representatives, including:

Kamlesh Sen, nominated by the Railway Up/Downers Progressive Welfare Association, Vidisha
Vatsayan Jain, nominated by the Regional Railway Passengers and Consumers Association, Bhopal
Sandeep Suri, nominated by the Consumer Protection Advisory Committee
Vimal Kumar Tyagi, nominated by Seva Bharti, Central India
Vijay Kumar Jain, nominated by Honorable Rajya Sabha MP Digvijay Singh
Nilesh Srivastava, nominated by Honorable MP Darshan Singh Chaudhary, Narmadapuram
Dinesh Purohit and Muralidhar Sharma, nominated by the Railway Board
During the meeting, members provided important suggestions regarding passenger facilities in their respective regions. Key proposals included:
Starting new train services from Bhopal to Pune and Mumbai
Running the Rani Kamalapati–Pune Humsafar Express three days a week
Increasing coaches in the Bhopal–Damoh Rajyarani Express
Selling quality food items at stations
Improving cleanliness on stations and platforms
All members appreciated the efforts of the Bhopal Railway administration.
The meeting was also attended by senior railway officials including Additional Divisional Railway Manager Abhiram Khare, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria, Senior Divisional Operations Manager Rohit Malviya, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager-II Shyam Singh Baredia, and Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rail) Neetu Singh Dabar, along with all branch officers and other divisional staff.
The meeting was conducted by Divisional Commercial Manager Pankaj Kumar Dubey. During the session, the officials assured the members that all suggestions would be seriously considered and necessary actions would be taken.
