At the local level, solutions can be developed on themes such as agriculture and rural development, education, health, employment, women and child safety, urban issues, clean energy and tourism. According to the official programme, the first phase of idea and team registration will run from September 19 to October 1, while the final selection process will take place in November after prototype development and evaluation.
