CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As per government directives, the e-Office system is to be implemented across all government departments. Training for this system is being conducted regularly at the e-Daksh Centre in Bhopal, established under the District e-Governance Society. The initiative aims to enable office operations using modern digital technologies for enhanced efficiency.

The training sessions are led by Senior Trainer Rinkesh Jain and Trainer Amit Sarathe at the e-Daksh Centre. Under the instructions of the Collector of Bhopal, officers and staff posted in various district-level offices are being trained in the e-Office system to ensure effective implementation.

Officials and employees from several departments have already received this training, including:

Social Justice

Mineral Resources

Cooperative Department

District Public Prosecution Office

Transport

Sports and Youth Welfare

Technical Education and Skill Development

Revenue

Panchayat and Rural Development

Fisheries

Planning, Economics and Statistics

Women and Child Development, Bhopal

Horticulture

Backward Classes and Minority Welfare

School Education

Public Health Engineering

Water Resources

Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development

So far, over 100 officers and staff have participated in these training programs.

The training covers detailed modules of the e-Office system, including:

Diarizing incoming correspondence

Generating acknowledgements

Forwarding documents to nodal officers

Pulling back mistakenly sent files

Maintaining address books

Attaching documents to files

Adding green/yellow notes to files

Drafting, approving, and signing drafts

eSign, DSC Sign, and Ink Sign procedures

Dispatching final orders

Training for remaining departments at the district level is ongoing. In this sequence, training is also being provided to government colleges under the Department of Higher Education.
