During this period, more than 300 successful deliveries were conducted in August 2024 by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at AIIMS Bhopal. Prof. Pushpalata, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, said, “This achievement is the result of the hard work and dedication of our entire team. We are committed to providing the best service to our patients and supporting family planning initiatives like the Sugam Model, which will have a positive impact on the health of both mother and child.”

The model will be displayed at key locations in AIIMS Bhopal, such as the OPD waiting area, ANC clinic, postnatal ward, family planning OPD, and vaccination clinic, to ensure that crucial family planning information reaches the masses. This initiative is part of the World Population Day campaign. The launch of the Sugam Model will increase awareness about family planning and contribute to the overall health and development of families.
