CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Ember Unveils New Uncoated TitaniumSteel SuperPan
Ember has unveiled its new TitaniumSteel™ SuperPan, positioning it as a new generation of uncoated cookware designed to combine non-stick performance with the durability of stainless steel. The pan uses Ember’s NanoFusion™ surface-engineering technology, which re-engineers the stainless-steel surface rather than applying a conventional chemical coating. According to the company, this allows food to release easily while eliminating concerns associated with peeling or chipping coatings.
The SuperPan features a layered stainless-steel construction designed to distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface. Its shape combines the width of a frypan with the depth of a kadai, allowing users to sear, sauté, simmer, braise, stir-fry, boil, steam, bake, roast and deep-fry in one pan. It is compatible with gas and induction cooktops and is also oven safe.
Ember says the cookware contains no PTFE or PFOA and is designed to withstand everyday use with metal utensils. The 27cm SuperPan has a 3.5-litre capacity and comes with a glass lid, spatula and silicone side holder. The company is offering a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.
With its focus on durability, versatile cooking and uncoated technology, SuperPan represents Ember’s latest effort to offer Indian consumers an alternative to conventional non-stick cookware.
