Khushilal Sharma Government Ayurveda Institute, Bhopal, various distinguished personalities were honored during the “Pt. Uddhav Das Mehta Vaidya Shastri Ayurveda Seva Samman Ceremony”, organized by the AYUSH Department.
For the year 2022, the award was presented to Director Umashankar Nigam, and for the year 2023, it was jointly awarded to Dr. Sanjay Lale and the Government Ayurveda College, Jabalpur.
On this occasion, several dignitaries were present, including Bhagwandas Sabnani, the popular MLA of Bhopal (South-West) constituency; Malti Rai, the popular Mayor of Bhopal Municipal Corporation; Sanjay Mishra, Commissioner of AYUSH; senior social worker Gopal Das Mehta; and Principal Umesh Shukla of the institute, along with faculty members, students, and other distinguished guests.
