Employment Workshop Begins at Bhoj Open University

CNN Central News and Network – ITDC India Express/ITDC News Bhopal: A three-day workshop is set to take place at Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University from December 12, 2024. The theme of the workshop is “Employability of Open University Students: A Stakeholder Consultation Workshop.” This event is being organized under the aegis of Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University, Bhopal, the Commonwealth of Learning, Canada, and the Education Media Center for Asia (CEMCA), New Delhi.

The objective of the workshop is to review the employability and emerging skills of graduates in India and to discuss policy formulation.

In preparation for the event, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Sanjay Tiwari of Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University. Conveners of various committees and officials participated in the meeting to finalize the event’s arrangements.

Vice-Chancellor Sanjay Tiwari stated that 21 professors and officials from 15 open universities in India will participate in the workshop. Additionally, experts from countries such as Australia and Canada will join the discussions online.
