During the event, AIIMS Bhopal’s Deputy Director (Administration), Colonel Ajit Kumar, emphasized that our responsibility towards cleanliness and the environment should not be limited to a single day but should be a continuous effort. Participants were encouraged to refrain from using fuel-powered private vehicles for the day, instead opting for public transport, cycling, or walking.

Faculty members, resident doctors, nursing officers, students, other staff, outsourced personnel, and patients along with their attendants actively participated in the rally. All participants expressed their commitment to environmental protection and resolved to work towards making AIIMS Bhopal a “Clean AIIMS, Plastic-Free AIIMS, and Healthy AIIMS.”
