CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the joint auspices of the Faculty of Science and the Training & Placement Department at Rabindranath Tagore University, a valuable expert session was organized on the topic “Corporate Expectations from Emerging Talent and Current Trends.” This session served as a bridge between academia and the industry, helping students gain a clear understanding of the essential skills and competencies required in today’s corporate environment.
The chief guest and distinguished speaker was Aniruddh Thakur, Corporate and Behavioral Trainer and NLP Practitioner. Special guests included Dr. Ankit Agrawal, Dean of the Faculty of Science; program coordinators Madhu Mishra and Shivani Gupta; Dr. Bhavana Agrawal, Head of Department; Dr. Abhishek Shroti, Head of Training and Placement; and Dr. Deepak Garg.

During the session, Aniruddh Thakur advised students to focus on qualities such as self-confidence, problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous learning, providing guidance on achieving success in corporate careers.
Dr. Ankit Agrawal delivered an inspirational address, encouraging students to continuously update their knowledge and skills in line with industry requirements. Dr. Abhishek Shroti elaborated on the importance of training, adaptability, and career readiness.

The program began with a welcome address by Madhu Mishra on behalf of the Faculty of Science and Training & Placement Cell. She warmly welcomed all the guests and highlighted the significance of such initiatives in shaping students’ professional futures.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Bhavana Agrawal. Students and faculty from the Life Sciences and Physical Sciences departments participated enthusiastically, making the program a resounding success.
