The NSUI has made a major revelation regarding a massive nursing scam operating under the guise of fake hospitals in Madhya Pradesh. NSUI State Vice President Ravi Parmar has filed a complaint at the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) regional office, demanding an FIR against Bhopal CMHO Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari and other CMHOs across the state. He has also called for a high-level investigation into the entire case.
Fake Hospitals Used for Nursing College Accreditation
Ravi Parmar alleged that several nursing colleges in Madhya Pradesh were granted recognition based on fraudulent hospitals that lacked proper medical facilities and qualified doctors. Despite these serious shortcomings, these institutions received approval with the consent of CMHOs, leading to the proliferation of hundreds of fake nursing colleges across the state.
List of Exposed Fake Hospitals
In his complaint, Parmar has submitted a list of previously shut down fraudulent hospitals and their affiliated nursing colleges, including:
✔ VCH-Venus Nursing College
✔ Alexis Hospital-Florence Nightingale Nursing College
✔ New Paliwal Hospital-Jeevan Jyoti Nursing College
✔ Katara Hospital-Apex Nursing College
Additionally, he has provided a list of currently operating suspicious hospitals, including:
Mehko Hospital
Ganpati Hospital
Sai Hospital
Multicare Hospital
Jeevan Jyoti Hospital
Asha Multicare Hospital
Srijan General Hospital
Parmar also submitted a comprehensive list of all hospitals in the state and other supporting documents to the CBI office.
Demands for CBI Investigation & Strict Action
Ravi Parmar has urged the CBI to take the following actions:
1️⃣ Immediate FIR against Bhopal CMHO Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari and other accused officials.
2️⃣ A thorough investigation into all fraudulent hospitals operating across the state, with strict action against responsible authorities.
3️⃣ Re-evaluation of suspicious hospitals based on medical standards.
Threat to Students’ Future and Public Health
Parmar stated that this scam is not just a fraud against the state’s healthcare system, but also a betrayal of nursing students’ futures. He demanded swift legal action against the culprits to restore credibility in medical education and healthcare services in Madhya Pradesh.
He also warned that NSUI is prepared to take to the streets if justice is not served and vowed to continue the fight until the guilty are punished.

The complaint was filed in the presence of NSUI spokesperson Viraj Yadav, State Co-Secretary Aman Pathan, Lucky Chaubey, Rupesh Vishwakarma, Ritik Sharma, and other NSUI activists, showing their solidarity in the fight against this scam.
