CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Keeping in view the Holi festival and with the objective of ensuring the availability of pure food items to the public, as well as maintaining hygienic conditions in the preparation, sale, and storage of food products, a joint team of Food Safety Officers conducted inspections under the directions of the Office of the Commissioner of Food Safety and the Collector of Bhopal.
The team collected samples from the following establishments:

Ondoor, Kolar – Namkeen and pulses
Brij Sweets and Dairy, Kolar – Mawa and rasgulla
Devnarayan Sweets, Kolar – Barfi
Jain Dairy, Kolar – Mawa and paneer
Heera Sweets, Kolar – Gujiya, namkeen, barfi, mawa
Ram Ventures (Kabul Confectionery manufacturing unit), Kolar – Gujiya and mawa
Rajasthan Misthan Bhandar, Shaitan Singh Market – Milk cake, rasgulla, malai tikkiya, namkeen, and mathri
Gagar Sweets, Number Market – Milk cake and malai barfi
