CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Regional Science Centre, Bhopal successfully conducted two informative workshops on Forensic Science and 3D Modeling & Printing for students from Class 11 to graduate level. Students from various institutions participated enthusiastically and gained hands-on experience.
In the Forensic Science workshop, students were introduced to the fundamentals of crime scene investigation and scientific evidence analysis. Participants practically learned techniques such as evidence collection, safe handling, fingerprint identification, and trace and blood analysis. Through engaging activities, it was demonstrated how scientific methods play a crucial role in solving crimes.

Meanwhile, the 3D Modeling & Printing workshop taught students how to transform ideas into 3D models through digital design. They were familiarized with 3D printing technology and its applications, with particular emphasis on its significance in space science and modern manufacturing. The increasing use of 3D printing in the era of artificial intelligence was also discussed.
These workshops were organized in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020 and the Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy, aiming to promote experiential learning, innovation, and skill development among students. Such initiatives are proving instrumental in fostering a scientific mindset and preparing students for future challenges. The Regional Science Centre, Bhopal continues to encourage scientific curiosity and innovation among youth through such programs.
