CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: UIDAI Extends Deadline for Free Aadhaar Updates Until June 14, 2025

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has once again extended the deadline for updating Aadhaar cards for free. You can now update your Aadhaar details without any charges until June 14, 2025, via the MyAadhaar portal. The earlier deadline was December 14, 2024, but citizens can continue uploading documents for free through this platform.

This initiative is specifically for citizens whose Aadhaar cards are over 10 years old. It is now mandatory to update Aadhaar information, including your name, date of birth, address, and other identification details, by uploading the necessary documents online.

After the deadline, changes in biometric details may incur a fee of up to ₹100. This move provides significant relief to millions of Indian citizens.

So, if your Aadhaar card is 10 years old, update it for free now to avoid any additional charges later!
