CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the auspices of Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, Bhopal, a grand free yoga camp focused on orthopedic disorders was successfully organized at MPB Ground, Minal. The event was graced by Bharatiya Yog Sansthan’s National Head, Deshraj (New Delhi), as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker. Under his guidance, participants practiced special yoga techniques aimed at preventing orthopedic issues and improving overall bone health, along with receiving the inspiring message of “Live and Let Live.”
The camp also witnessed the presence of National Treasurer Suresh Vij as a distinguished guest. Over 500 practitioners and office bearers from various centers including Jabalpur, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, and Bhopal actively participated. The event was organized by the Bhopal district unit of Bharatiya Yog Sansthan.
Key contributors to the success of the program included Gaya Prasad Patel, S.K. Malviya, Rajeev Mishra, Gayatri Sharma, Kailash Pathak, R.D. Dilare, N.R. Bhute, Bhaiyalal Meena, Rajni Srivastava, Poonam Singh, Alok Sinha, Nilesh Yadav, and Praveen Srivastava from the Minal Center.
Sharing the stage with National Head Deshraj were Provincial Head Laxman Singh Parihar, Deputy Provincial Head Mohan Lal Gupta, Balkishan Agrawal, and Mahesh Chandra Agrawal.
The camp began with the practice of special yoga asanas aimed at preventing orthopedic diseases.
The event was effectively conducted by Regional Head Suresh Malviya, while the welcome address was delivered by Bhopal District Secretary Gaya Prasad Patel. A special yoga discourse, “Yoga Ratna,” was conducted by Deshraj, where he addressed participants’ health queries through the principles of yoga.
Directed yoga demonstrations were performed by Rajeev Mishra and Mrs. Poonam Singh on stage.
Finally, the vote of thanks was presented by Bhopal District Head G.P. Dubey. A special stall featuring yoga literature and materials of Bharatiya Yog Sansthan was set up by K.L. Gupta, which was highly appreciated by the participants.
This camp proved not only beneficial for yoga practitioners but also significantly highlighted yoga’s effectiveness in addressing health issues like orthopedic disorders.
