CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, students at the Nutan Girls’ Hostel of Sarojini Naidu Government Autonomous Postgraduate Girls’ College, Bhopal, ceremonially installed an idol of Lord Ganesh. With the installation of Ganpati, the hostel has been filled with an atmosphere of daily worship, aarti and devotional celebrations.
In the special aarti programme organised on the occasion, college principal Dr. Pratima Yadav, hostel warden Dr. Sanjana Sharma, faculty members of the hostel committee Dr. Seema Pathak and Dr. Shalini Pradhan, along with all the students, participated with enthusiasm.
The students filled the entire hostel with a devotional atmosphere through beautiful bhajans, songs and captivating renditions of Ganesh stuti. After the aarti, the students performed garba and dance with great joy. Chants of “Ganpati Bappa Morya” filled the entire hostel campus with devotion and enthusiasm.
This beautiful blend of devotion, music, dance and cultural spirit became a living example of unity and collective participation in the hostel.
At the end of the programme, prasad of Lord Ganesh was distributed. All the students participated with enthusiasm and devotion and received the blessings of Ganpati Bappa.
