CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : The Second Parliamentary Summit on Climate Change and Just Transition was held in Brazil, with a special focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. The central theme of the summit revolved around COP30, marking 33 years since the Earth Summit, 20 years since the Kyoto Protocol, and 10 years since the Paris Agreement.

Gaurav Singh Pardhi, MLA from Katangi constituency in Balaghat district, Madhya Pradesh, and a dynamic young leader from the BJP, represented India by participating in this global summit.

Speaking about the key discussions, MLA Gaurav Singh Pardhi stated that the summit focused on global cooperation and concrete action to tackle climate change and ensure a just transition. The event witnessed participation from parliamentarians, climate experts, and stakeholders from various countries.
