CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Grand Finale of “Pratibha-2025” at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication

The grand finale of the annual cultural and sports event Pratibha-2025 was held at the Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Auditorium at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication. This event, which started on the birthday of Dada Makhanlal Chaturvedi, saw students from various departments of the university showcasing their creativity, oratory skills, and athletic talents.

During the event, the Chancellor Vijay Manohar Tiwari was amazed by the outstanding performances of the students. In his closing speech, he praised the students profusely, appreciating their energy, creativity, and commitment. He wished all the participants the best of luck and hoped for a bright future for them.

This year, Pratibha-2025 included 19 cultural and 5 sports competitions. The cultural competitions featured various events, including:

Rangoli by the Electronic Media Department

Solo Dance and Solo Singing (Western) by the Production Department

Solo Instrumental by the Media Management Department

Solo Singing (Indian) and Solo Acting by the Journalism Department

Quiz Competition by the Advertising and Public Relations Department

Original Poetry Recitation by the Communication Research Department

Feature Writing and Essay Writing organized by the Journalism Department

Website Designing by the New Media Technology Department

Cartoon Competition by the Electronic Media Department

PowerPoint Presentation and Poster Making organized by the Computer Applications Department

Impromptu Speech by the Communication Research Department

Photography and Mobile Short Film Making by the Advertising and Public Relations Department

Debate Competition by the Media Management Department

Radio Program Production organized by the Production Department at Radio Karmavir

In the sports competitions, cricket, volleyball, badminton, carom, and chess tournaments were held. On the final day of the event, there was a Solo Dance performance, where the students mesmerized everyone with their stunning presentations.

The success of Pratibha 2025 was made possible with the hard work of the coordinators and department heads, including Avinash Vajpayee, P. Shashikala, Manish Maheshwari, Monika Verma, Pavitra Srivastava, Aarti Sarang, Rakhi Tiwari, Sanjeev Gupta, Ashish Joshi, Gajendra Singh Avasia, Lokendra Singh, Paresh Upadhyay, and the discipline committee with Dr. Kanchan Bhatia.
