CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Sant Hirdaram Girls’ College hosted a vibrant Garba festival filled with enthusiasm and joy. Students dressed in traditional attire performed colorful Garba dances, creating a devotional and lively atmosphere throughout the campus. Girls from various classes participated enthusiastically, and the group performances captivated the audience.

The event featured renowned choreographer Arjun Shakya as the chief guest, whose presence added special charm to the celebration. Outstanding performances were recognized with awards, including Best Costume, Top Garba Presentations, and Dancers of the Day. In the teachers’ category, Harsha Bhatnagar received the Best Garba award, and Geeta Hemnani was honored with the Best Expression award.

College Principal Dr. Dalima Parwani addressed the students, emphasizing that such cultural events keep traditions alive while fostering teamwork, collaboration, and positive energy among students. She highlighted that the festival is not just a celebration but also a reflection of the college’s cultural values.
The college management congratulated Dr. Neha Raghuvanshi and Dr. Geeta Guvalani, the student union coordinators, for successfully organizing the festival.
