In retaliatory police action, the accused was shot in both legs, after which he was admitted to hospital in an injured condition. The incident has created an atmosphere of anger and concern across the area.
According to information, the three-year-old girl was killed after a grave crime was allegedly committed against her. As soon as police received information about the incident, they registered a case and began searching for the accused. Given the seriousness of the crime against the child, several police teams were activated to arrest him. After continuous searches and investigation, police received information about the accused's presence.
According to police, when the team reached the spot to apprehend the accused, he allegedly opened fire at police. Police fired back in self-defence, and Hiralal was shot in both legs. Police personnel then took him into custody and took him to hospital for treatment.
After the encounter, police began collecting evidence linked to the case and launched a detailed investigation into the circumstances of the incident. The accused is being questioned to gather other information related to the crime. Police said all necessary legal procedures will be completed in the case. Local residents remain grief-stricken and angry over the grave incident involving the girl.
