A special health and Digital Life Certificate camp was organised at the Polyclinic, Habibganj, under the National Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5.0 being conducted in the Bhopal division of West Central Railway for the convenience of pensioners and family pensioners.
A total of 55 pensioners and other persons underwent health check-ups at the camp, while welfare inspectors successfully generated Digital Life Certificates for 45 pensioners. The Assistant Chief Medical Superintendent was present on the occasion. Members of the Pensioners’ Association also extended support in organising the camp.
During the programme, State Bank of India (SBI) employees informed pensioners about measures to protect themselves from digital and banking fraud and created awareness about cyber security. Under this campaign being run by the Bhopal division, pensioners are being provided the facility of getting Digital Life Certificates made, along with health check-ups and information related to cyber security.
The railway administration aims to provide facilities to pensioners close to their homes and to make the process of submitting Digital Life Certificates simple and convenient.
