CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Fresher’s Party ‘Harmony 2024’ Organized at Rabindranath Tagore University Rabindranath Tagore University hosted the fresher’s party “Harmony 2024.” The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp in front of Goddess Saraswati by the University’s Pro-Chancellor Aditi Chaturvedi Vats, Registrar Vijay Singh, and Pro Vice-Chancellor Sangeet Johri.
Addressing the students, Director Aditi emphasized the importance of books in life and encouraged everyone to make reading a part of their daily routine. Registrar Dr. Vijay Singh welcomed the first-year students and introduced them to key university initiatives such as the Atal Incubation Center and the Daikin Center. He also highlighted the significance of time management and discipline during student life.
The theme for the ramp walk was “Ethnic,” and juniors showcased their talents with enthusiasm as they competed for the titles of Mr. and Miss Fresher. The event culminated with an electrifying performance by Srijan and The Band.
Judges Ritu Kumaran and Rashmi Khanna evaluated the performances. The program was coordinated by DSW Ankit Pandit and Cultural Coordinator Jitendra Ahir, under the guidance of the Students Activity Council.
