CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Block-level meetings were organized in Berasia and Phanda blocks to review health programs and improve the performance of campaigns. The meetings covered a review of various health programs, including Ayushman cards for senior citizens, SAANS campaign, vaccination, maternal and child health, family welfare, NCD, TB, malaria, and leprosy.

The meetings were attended by Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) of Bhopal, Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari, along with nodal officers, supervisors, and ANMs of various health programs. Field workers were briefed in detail about the set targets of different programs.

The CMHO instructed that a micro-plan be prepared to achieve 100% of the targets for all programs within the next four months, and daily progress reports should be submitted. He emphasized speeding up the creation of Ayushman Vay Vandana cards for senior citizens and ensuring e-KYC for beneficiaries whose cards have already been issued.

Dr. Prabhakar Tiwari stated that the primary focus of the health department is to ensure the achievement of targets and the delivery of services to beneficiaries under the programs and campaigns being implemented.
