CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bengaluru: Bengaluru: Hero FinCorp has expanded its digital lending workflow through Salesforce Agentforce, aiming to cut turnaround time for two-wheeler loan processing and strengthen dealer-led credit delivery across India.
The NBFC has deployed Agentforce with Data 360, MuleSoft, Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service to automate key lending stages. The workflow covers document extraction, application validation, PAN and Aadhaar checks, credit and bank checks, e-signature initiation, document processing and loan disbursal.
The company said the deployment has improved turnaround time for two-wheeler loans by 72 percent, with 92 percent of applications now moving through Agentforce-enabled workflows. It has also reduced Not In Good Order cases at the sales stage by 77 percent and supports 6,461 dealers across the country.
Hero FinCorp said faster automation should help first-time buyers, dealers and employees by reducing rework and delays. The lender serves retail, MSME and corporate customers across more than 2,000 cities, towns and villages.
The development reflects how non-bank lenders are using AI, connected data and API integrations to improve credit access while scaling operations.
