CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : In compliance with the directives of Higher Education, Technical Education, and AYUSH Minister Inder Singh Parmar, the Higher Education Department has issued essential guidelines to ensure smooth teaching arrangements for the operation of agriculture courses in all government, autonomous, and other related colleges.
According to the order, colleges where the B.Sc. Agriculture course will be conducted from the 2025-26 academic session have been instructed to immediately invite at least three guest faculty members. These appointments must be approved by the college’s Janbhagidari Committee and based on academic qualifications in accordance with ICAR/UGC standards.
Additionally, the concerned colleges have been directed to establish Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with nearby farmers and other government institutions for conducting practical work related to agriculture courses, ensuring this process is completed by September 30.
