CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Higher Education Department has released the schedule for the guest scholar invitation process for the 2024-25 session, in line with the new policy. According to this, currently invited guest scholars will have the option to change their location, update their profile, and upload documents for new registrations and previously registered applicants.
Officer on Special Duty R.K. Goswami stated that the option for current guest scholars to change their location will be available from October 9 to October 30. Director Goswami further mentioned that invited guest scholars can update their academic profile and upload the necessary documents by October 14. The updated documents must be verified by the concerned lead college by October 15. Invited guest scholars will have the opportunity to select their preferences for location changes from October 16 to October 23.
Based on their preferences, guest scholars who opt for a location change will be allocated colleges on October 24. They can register their presence at the newly allocated colleges and confirm their joining on the college portal between October 24 and October 30.
Director Goswami also stated that the process for new registrations and profile updates, along with document uploads for previously registered applicants, will take place from October 25 to November 6. New and previously registered applicants can update their profiles and upload necessary documents between October 25 and November 5. Applicants can get their newly uploaded or updated documents verified at the concerned lead government college from October 26 to November 6.
