‘Become a Karmayogi’ Committee Meeting of the Higher Education Department

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal : Today, at the Ministry’s conference room, a detailed discussion was held on various points during the meeting of the “Become a Karmayogi” – Supreme Advisory Committee under the Higher Education Department. Suggestions received from universities and the accountability plan for higher education were thoroughly deliberated.

The meeting emphasized the vision of “Become a Karmayogi” to ensure accountability among professors and students in higher education. The session included virtual participation from key national and academic leaders, including Dr. K. Radhakrishnan, Chairperson of the Board of Governors, IIT Kanpur; Anil Sahasrabuddhe, Chairperson, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bengaluru; Prof. Shanti Shri Dhulipudi, Vice-Chancellor, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi; and Bharat Bhaskar, Director, IIM Ahmedabad, who provided important and relevant suggestions and guidance.

Also present at the meeting were Additional Chief Secretary of Higher Education Anupam Rajan, Principal Secretary Raj Bhavan Navneet Mohan Kothari, Commissioner of Higher Education Prabal Sipaha, Coordinator of United Consciousness and global educationist Vikrant Singh Tomar, Special Duty Officer Higher Education Dhirendra Shukla, along with other officials of the Higher Education Department.
