CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of Hindi Fortnight 2025, the Regional Science Centre, Bhopal (a unit of Ravishankar Shukla University) organized a special lecture, teacher training program, and book exhibition.
The main activities of the program were as follows:

A popular lecture on “Science and Technology for Society” was delivered by Professor Karunesh Kumar Shukla, Director of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
The teacher training program was addressed by Saket Singh Kaurav, Curator ‘E’ and Project Coordinator, Regional Science Centre, Bhopal, on the topic: “Simple Science: Experiments from Everyday Things”.

Additionally, the team from the Regional Science Centre, Bhopal demonstrated easy and engaging science experiments.
On this occasion, Professor Karunesh Kumar Shukla inaugurated the exhibition of books related to science and technology, showcasing various educational and scientific publications for teachers and the audience.

The purpose of this event was to connect teachers and students with the depth and utility of science. While the popular lecture highlighted the role of science and technology in society, the teacher training program provided hands-on experience of fascinating experiments using simple materials. The book exhibition also gave participants an opportunity to explore the latest scientific literature.
