CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The vibrant colors of traditional Holi songs, music, and dances will unfold at 7 p.m. on March 28th at the spacious Muktaakash in Ravindra Bhavan. Organized by the Tagore World Art and Culture Center, Rabindranath Tagore University, “Holi Hai Brajraj” is a colorful event in collaboration with the Department of Human Language and Liberal Arts, Vishwarang Secretariat, and Puru Kathak Academy.
This visual and auditory presentation of overflowing Phaguni images of folk colors will be staged under the direction of renowned Kathak dancer Kshama Malviya. More than 50 artists from the city are participating in this performance. The conceptualization of this allegory has been done by poet and storyteller Santosh Chaube. Art critic Vinay Upadhyay will be the narrator.
The central attraction will be the exhibition “Bimb-Pratibimb,” focusing on the images of Holi scenes, conceptualized by shadow artist Neeraj Richhariya. The musical arrangement is by Santosh Kaushik. Entry for the audience is free for this presentation.
