CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Spring Colors of Holi Fill the Open-Air Stage at Indira Gandhi National Museum

The vibrant colors of Holi’s traditional songs, music, and dance spread across the open-air stage of Indira Gandhi National Human Museum. The Tagore Folk Art and Culture Center, Rabindranath Tagore University, in collaboration with Manav Sangrahalaya, Vishwarang Foundation, Scope Global Skill University, Vanmali Srijan Peeth, and Puru Kathak Academy, organized a spectacular performance of ‘Hori Ho Brajraj’.

This visually and audibly captivating folk presentation, rich in the festive essence of Fagun, was directed by the renowned Kathak dancer Kshama Malviya. Over 50 artists from the city participated in this grand performance, bringing the spirit of Holi to life.

The concept of this theatrical production was developed by poet and writer Santosh Chaubey, while the narration was provided by art critic Vinay Upadhyay. The musical arrangement was curated by composer Santosh Kaushik.

Additionally, an art exhibition titled ‘Bimb-Pratibimb’, showcasing visual imagery of Holi, was a major highlight of the event. The performance was open to the public free of charge, attracting an enthusiastic audience.
