Exam Guidelines and Preparation

Dr. Tom further mentioned that all exam superintendents have been trained and given detailed instructions by the regional center to ensure smooth examination conduct. The High Commissioner for Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh, has also issued directives for seamless execution.

Deputy Director Anshuman Upadhyay added that the admit cards for all eligible candidates have been uploaded to the IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) and can be downloaded. Candidates must carry their IGNOU-issued ID cards to the examination centers. In the absence of a valid IGNOU ID card, candidates can present any government-issued photo ID to gain entry to the exam hall. Without a valid photo ID, entry to the exam hall will not be permitted.

All detailed guidelines are included in the hall ticket, and candidates are requested to read them carefully. Exam center superintendents have been directed to remind candidates to write answers in the same language as the course medium of instruction. However, candidates are allowed to answer in Hindi if they wish.

Additionally, carrying mobile phones or other digital devices into the exam hall is strictly prohibited. These measures are in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of the examination process.
