Most of IGNOU’s six-month certificate programs require a minimum qualification of Class 10 or 12, and some also accept experience-based eligibility. These programs target youth, teachers, social workers, homemakers, NGO representatives, and rural entrepreneurs, enabling them to become self-reliant. Most are available in both Hindi and English, ensuring accessibility for learners in rural and semi-urban regions.
