CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will begin the application process for the June 2026 Term-End Examinations from 1 June 2026. The examinations will be conducted in both Pen-and-Paper mode and Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
The online links for filling exam forms, submitting projects, and practical examinations have already been made available. Eligible students can complete their forms through the Samarth portal.
Senior Regional Director of IGNOU Regional Centre Bhopal, Umesh Chandra Pandey, stated that the June 2026 exams under the Bhopal Regional Centre will be conducted at 16 examination centres. A large number of students across various programs are expected to participate. Special centres have also been established in Ujjain, Narmadapuram (Hoshangabad), Indore, and Bhopal Central Jail to enable inmate students to appear for their examinations.
In Bhopal, examination centres have been set up at Motilal Nehru Science College and Career College, while three centres have been established in Indore. Additionally, exams will also be conducted in Gwalior, Mandsaur, Ujjain, Jhabua, Shivpuri, Mahu, Khandwa, and Narmadapuram.

Without late fee: 10 March 2026 to 10 April 2026
With late fee of ₹1100: 11 April 2026 to 24 April 2026
Students must log in to their accounts on the Samarth portal to fill the exam forms. Those who have not yet registered on the portal should complete new registration before applying. For any difficulties, students can contact examsupport_rcbhopal@ignou.ac.in

Deputy Director Anshuman Upadhyay requested students to carefully select the exam mode, course, and examination centre while filling the form, as no changes will be allowed after submission. Practical/lab and program-specific students will be provided with a separate exam timetable. Students are also advised to check the results of the December 2025 exams and ensure the validity of their courses before submitting the form.
