CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The grand finale of the two-day Strategy Blitz – Ideathon competition, organized by IIIT Bhopal’s E-Cell, concluded successfully. Over 100 teams from various colleges in Bhopal participated in this innovative competition, which featured a ₹50,000 prize pool and aimed to foster innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
The event commenced with an inspiring speech by Mr. Ajay Srivastava, E-Cell Incharge & Training and Placement Officer, IIIT Bhopal. This was followed by motivational words from the esteemed panel of judges—Mr. Harshvardhan (CMO, Coding Thinker), Mr. Avinash Jha (Software Engineer, Nvidia & Technical Trainer, Coding Thinker), and Mr. Amit Kumar Ghosh (Senior Vice President & Software Engineer, Coding Thinker)—who set the stage for an exciting and competitive atmosphere.
After rigorous evaluation rounds, 8 teams advanced to the grand finale, where they presented their innovative ideas, followed by a challenging Q&A session. Team Rain 404 secured the first prize for their impactful and feasible idea. Innov8ors (SOIT Bhopal) emerged as the first runner-up, showcasing a unique and strategic approach, while Spark Squad claimed the second runner-up position, demonstrating exceptional execution and problem-solving skills.
Mr. Ronald Fernandes, CEO, AIC RNTU Incubation Center, graced the occasion as the chief guest and shared his insights on innovation and entrepreneurship. Dr. Vishakha Chaurasia, Faculty Coordinator, E-Cell, IIIT Bhopal, extended a vote of thanks, appreciating the efforts of participants, judges, and organizers.
Expressing his joy over the event’s success, IIIT Bhopal Director, Prof. Ashutosh Kumar, stated, “The institute is committed to providing all possible support to students in their journey of innovation and startup development. We are dedicated to fostering holistic growth for our students.”
