CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, or IIT Roorkee, has opened an opportunity for recruitment to faculty positions. An advertisement related to faculty recruitment for 2026 has been issued on the institute’s official recruitment website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the institute’s online faculty recruitment portal.
According to the IIT Roorkee website, a rolling advertisement is currently available for faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level. In addition, a special recruitment drive is also under way for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Persons with Disabilities candidates.
To apply online, candidates will have to register on the faculty recruitment portal. They must then select the relevant advertisement and department, and fill in details of educational qualifications, work experience, professional membership and other required information. A photograph, signature and necessary documents will also have to be uploaded with the application.
