Collector Priyank Mishra, while directing officials and the organising committee, said, “The Aalmi Tablighi Ijtima is a large and prestigious event in which a very large number of jamaats from India and abroad participate. Providing excellent civic facilities to all participating jamaats and ensuring their security arrangements is our top priority. In view of this, all work related to drinking water supply, uninterrupted electricity, cleanliness, strengthening of approach roads and health services should be completed within the stipulated time limit.”

Collector Mishra said, “For the smooth conduct of the event, rapid communication and strong inter-departmental coordination between the district administration, police department and the Ijtima organising committee are essential. The food safety officer should closely test the quality of food items and drinking water so that no adverse situation arises. Also, to deal with any possible emergency, the round-the-clock availability of doctors and ambulances should be ensured with minimum response time.”

During the review, Superintendent of Police (Rural) Pankaj Pandey informed that security arrangements are being made at the Ijtima venue and across the entire area. He said monitoring through CCTV cameras, deployment of adequate police force, effective crowd management and a detailed traffic diversion plan for smooth traffic flow are being implemented so that devotees do not face any inconvenience in commuting.
