CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Ila Tiwari, CEO of Zila Panchayat Bhopal, visited various Gram Panchayats under Fanda Janpad Panchayat to review ongoing development works. Later, she chaired a review meeting at the cluster headquarters in Mungaliya Chhap, directing officials to complete development works with quality and within the निर्धारित timelines.
During her visit, she first reached Gram Panchayat Mendora and inspected the under-construction पंचायत भवन (Panchayat building). She instructed the Executive Engineer of the Rural Engineering Services to complete the building within one and a half months. She also inspected the shed construction work in the village and directed that the biogas plant in Mendora be made operational again.
At Gram Panchayat Barkhedi Bazyaft, she reviewed the ongoing housing construction work and instructed that it be completed with quality using CSEB (Compressed Stabilized Earth Blocks). She also inspected works being carried out under the Swachh Bharat Mission and guidelines of the National Green Tribunal (NGT), directing efforts to make the पंचायत clean and green.
During the inspection, Shivani Mishra, Jitendra Ahirwar, along with assistant engineers, sub-engineers, district and Janpad Panchayat officials, and secretaries of the concerned Gram Panchayats were present.
Emphasizing taxation and public participation, she appreciated the construction of ponds and ghats being carried out with community support and instructed that these works be completed within the set timelines. During inspections of Amla Panchayat and Kerwa enterprise site, she directed that the संबंधित works be completed within one week and that drain deepening be carried out with public participation. She also inspected newly constructed shops, sheds, and Shantidham works in Gram Panchayats Sikandarabad and Mungaliya Chhap.

During the river inspection, she directed that works under the “Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan” be prioritized.
In the cluster-level meeting, CEO Tiwari emphasized maintaining cleanliness across all Panchayats and expediting pending housing scheme works. She also instructed that old works under MGNREGA be completed as per new guidelines, housing and community buildings be constructed using CSEB, and cases under the CM Helpline be resolved in a time-bound manner. She further stressed the immediate initiation of taxation processes and accelerating development works through public participation.
