The primary focus of the meeting was to strengthen healthcare services, discuss security measures at AIIMS Bhopal, and enhance cooperation between the state government and AIIMS Bhopal.
Ajay Singh briefed Narottam Mishra on the recent initiatives at AIIMS Bhopal, which include new departments, advanced medical equipment, and infrastructure development plans aimed at improving patient care. Dr. Mishra assured support for further enhancing healthcare services through collaboration between the state government and AIIMS Bhopal. They also discussed measures to ensure the safety of both patients and staff at AIIMS Bhopal. Prof. Singh proposed joint initiatives between the state government and AIIMS Bhopal, focusing on expanding healthcare services to rural areas and tackling epidemics such as dengue and chikungunya.
