CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: “In recognition of his active engagement over five decades in the fields of literature, arts, culture, education, technology, and skill development, Mr. Santosh Choubey will be honored with the prestigious international ‘Bharat Gaurav Samman – 2024’. This honor will be conferred upon Santosh Choubey at a grand award ceremony organized at Luxembourg Palace, Senate, Paris, France, on June 5, 2024.

Mr. Santosh Choubey, selected for the Indian Engineering Services and the Indian Administrative Services, currently serves as the Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University and C.V. Raman University and is the Chairman of ICECT Network, State Resource Center, Vanmali Srijan Peeth, and Tagore International Center for Literature and Arts.

Noteworthy is Santosh Choubey’s active involvement at the national and international levels through various literary and cultural activities, promoting Hindi literature and language alongside making significant contributions to science, technology, and skill development. Over the past forty years, he has established a network of over forty thousand training and service centers across India, participating in crucial initiatives such as Digital India, Skill India, and Startup India.

In addition to his technical expertise, he is a poet, storyteller, novelist, editor, and translator, garnering global recognition for his innovative creative projects and initiatives. His six story collections, four novels, four poetry collections, and translations of renowned authors such as Terry Eagleton, Frederick Jameson, Walter Benjamin, Odysseus Elytis, and E.F. Schumacher have been widely acclaimed.

Mr. Choubey has also edited three volumes of intellectual prose focusing on stories and novels and was the chief editor of the esteemed interdisciplinary journal ‘Rang Sanwad’ (Dialogue of Colors) focusing on drama and arts.

On the occasion of the publication of Vanmali Katha Samman 2022, Mr. Choubey will collaborate with more than a hundred and fifty artists from Bhopal on ‘Katha Bhopal’ (Bhopal Stories) and has served as the main editor of ‘Vijnana Katha Kosh’ (Science Story Encyclopedia) featuring over two hundred science stories in Hindi.

For the distinguished international ‘Bharat Gaurav Samman – 2024’, Santosh Choubey has been congratulated by various institutions such as Vishwa Rang Tagore International Literature and Arts Festival, Vishwa Rang Secretariat, Pravasi Bharatiya Sahitya evam Sanskriti Anusandhan Kendra, Tagore World Arts and Culture Center, Rabindranath Tagore University, SCOPE Global Skills University, C.V.
