CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The inauguration of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Human Resource Development Center at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication was conducted by the University’s Vice-Chancellor, K.G. Suresh, along with the chief speaker and guest, motivational speaker Rajeev Agarwal. Presiding over the event at the Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Auditorium, Vice-Chancellor Suresh remarked on the historic nature of the day, noting the launch of a new initiative named after Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He stated that this center will provide training to the university’s teachers, officials, and staff. Prof. Suresh emphasized decentralization, democratization, and productivity, encouraging everyone to enhance their work methods and efficiency to further the university’s development. He also stressed the importance of time management.
Motivational speaker and chief guest Rajeev Agarwal advised everyone to strive for self-reliance and to become valuable in their roles. Dr. Agarwal suggested that instead of listing what one wants to achieve, it is more effective to list what one should avoid. He emphasized learning something new every day.
The director of the Human Resource Development Center, Ashish Joshi, explained that the center aims to develop skills among teachers, officials, and staff, focusing on leadership qualities and professional skills enhancement. The event was moderated by Deputy Director Anita Soni, and it saw the attendance of Registrar Avinash Vajpayee, heads of various departments, teachers, officials, and staff.
