CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: To save time and eliminate the hassle of standing in line for unreserved ticket passengers, the UTS on Mobile app has become very popular among passengers in the Bhopal Division, thanks to the continuous awareness campaign run by the divisional commercial railway staff under the skilled guidance of General Manager Shobhana Bandyopadhyay. As a result, 1,67,261 passengers booked their tickets through this mobile app in July (from July 1 to July 31, 2024), generating revenue of ₹30,63,490 for the railway.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria has appealed to passengers traveling with unreserved tickets to promote the use of the UTS mobile ticketing app and take advantage of its benefits.

The UTS on Mobile app facility is available at all stations in the Bhopal Division for online booking of unreserved train tickets. The purpose of launching the UTS on Mobile app is to encourage the digital ticketing mode, promote self-ticketing, and ensure that passengers can purchase tickets without facing the inconvenience of standing in queues.

The app is available on Google Play Store, Windows Store, and Apple Store under the name “UTS.”

Download the app from any of the above stores.

Sign up for registration on the app.

How to Use the Mobile App:

Log in to book tickets.

Register your login ID with the mobile number.

Use the four-digit password received via message.

Use R-Wallet to book tickets.

Currently, the railway offers a 3% bonus on recharging the R-Wallet.

Recharge the R-Wallet with a minimum of ₹100 and a maximum of ₹9500 in multiples of ₹100 using debit card, net banking, UPI, or UTS counter.
