“Independence Day Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm at RGPV”

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The 79th Independence Day of India was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the premises of Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV). On this occasion, Vice-Chancellor Rajiv Tripathi hoisted the national flag in the presence of Registrar Mohan Sen, UIT Director Sudhir Singh Bhadauria, professors, officials, students, and staff members.

Addressing the students and the university community, Vice-Chancellor Rajiv Tripathi said that youth are the foundation of a strong nation, and it is essential for them to utilize their knowledge for the welfare of society. He emphasized that one must prioritize duties over rights, and if everyone performs their duties honestly, the nation will achieve all-round progress.

On this occasion, NCC cadets saluted the national flag, while NSS volunteers, professors, and students presented patriotic songs. The program was conducted by Professor Aseem Tiwari.
