CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A meeting of the “Indian Knowledge Tradition Apex Committee” was held in the conference room at the ministry, during which information about university and divisional workshops was shared, and teacher training in alignment with the Indian knowledge tradition across all universities was reviewed.

There was an in-depth discussion on various points, and instructions were given to organize a range of academic and cultural activities in all universities and colleges, keeping the “diverse contexts of the Indian Knowledge Tradition” in view. The meeting also included a review and approval of a list of books for the Indian Knowledge Tradition Cell, as well as an extensive discussion on the review of books written by authors from the Madhya Pradesh Hindi Granth Academy by experts.

It was also suggested that textbooks should include content on the faith of local and tribal communities, their contributions to the freedom movement, and their reverence and harmony with nature.

On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of the Apex Committee and Secretary of Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, Atul Kothari, along with Higher Education Commissioner Nishant Barvade, Director of MP Hindi Granth Academy Ashok Kadel, and Chairperson of the MP Fee Regulatory Commission, Ravindra Kanhere, as well as various committee members, university vice-chancellors, and departmental officials were present.
