CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Rajasthan: A four-day Induction Program concluded at Sant Hirdaram Girls College with an Open Talent Show on the final day. On this occasion, renowned RJ Mayank Jha and choreographer Arjun Shakya energized the students with their special performances. The highlight of the event was the Open Talent Show, where students showcased their diverse talents including dance, singing, poetry, and mimicry.
Mayank Jha, with his impactful communication style and engaging activities, inspired the students and made the atmosphere lively. The college principal, Dalima Parwani, expressed her joy for the new academic session and stated that such programs not only build confidence but also provide a platform for students to display their talents. She encouraged students to draw inspiration from such sessions and make meaningful efforts towards their personal and professional development.
On the second day of the induction program, Chartered Accountant and Financial Trainer Nikhil Nainani was the keynote speaker for the first session. In his lecture on the topic “Reskill, Upskill, Multiskill – Your Strategy for Industry Success”, he addressed students about the evolving needs of the industry in today’s competitive era. He emphasized that continuous learning and being multi-skilled is the key to success.

He elaborated on topics such as marketing, data analysis, AI tools, channel management, and skill development in business.
In the second session, Dr. Bhavna Chawla, Head of Commerce Department, St. Joseph’s Convent School, Bhopal, participated as an expert speaker. She conducted an inspiring session on personality development and stress management. Dr. Chawla highlighted the importance of self-development and spoke about the balance between knowledge, skill development, and attitude. She shed light on the increasing role of stress in modern life and suggested practical ways to cope with it, such as time management, self-reflection, yoga, and communication skill development.

On the third day, an interactive session was held with Mr. Manas Dolani, Founder and Director of Niti Kendra, as the chief guest. He explained the concept, functioning, and global impact of the Model United Nations (MUN). He described MUN as a powerful platform for developing leadership skills, research ability, communication skills, and global awareness among students. To make the session more interactive and engaging, Mr. Manas also conducted various entertaining games and activities that saw enthusiastic participation from the students, offering them an inspiring experience.
All sessions of the Induction Program at Sant Hirdaram Girls College, Bhopal, proved to be highly beneficial for the mental, academic, and social development of the students.
