CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Taking forward their commitment to social responsibility, the Inner Wheel Club of Bhopal and the Inner Wheel Club of Bhopal East jointly donated 10 dialyzer kits and one RO water purifier for the dialysis ward of Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC). The materials were handed over to BMHRC during a brief programme held on Tuesday.

On the occasion, BMHRC in-charge director Dr Manisha Shrivastava expressed gratitude for the support extended by the Inner Wheel clubs. She said such participation between society and health institutions plays an important role in making better health services available to patients. She added that expanding available resources in life-saving services such as dialysis helps make patient treatment more effective.

Inner Wheel Club of Bhopal East president Rajkumari Gaur, Inner Wheel Club of Bhopal president Renuka Chaudhary, Inner Wheel Club of Bhopal secretary Archana Rastogi, former president Shashi Shukla, executive member Nutan Shrivastava and other office-bearers and members of the clubs were present at the programme.

On the occasion, Inner Wheel Club office-bearers said assisting needy patients in society is among the organisation’s priorities. They expressed confidence that the materials provided to the dialysis ward would help patients receive better facilities, and said the clubs would continue to support such work connected with public welfare and health services in the future.

BMHRC doctors, officers and staff were also present at the programme.
