CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, Sant Hirdaram Girls College, Bhopal, organized an inter-college poetry recitation competition on the theme “India’s Cultural Pride.” The main objective of the event was to awaken students’ interest in the Hindi language and literature, enhance their expressive skills, and encourage their connection with Indian culture and values.

On this occasion, the college Principal, Dalima Parwani, addressed the students, saying that Hindi is not just a language but also the foundation of our culture, identity, and expression. She added that through such events, students not only showcase their creativity but also act as a bridge between literature and society. She further emphasized that Hindi Diwas reminds us of our responsibility to respect and promote our mother tongue.

Participants from various faculties made the atmosphere poetic with their powerful and heartfelt presentations. On the successful completion of the program, the college management congratulated Prof. Geetanshi Button and Dr. Mugdha Rajput of the Language Department for their efforts in organizing the event.
