Interactive session with the renowned physicist and physics educator, Padma Shri H.C. Verma.

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Regional Science Center in Bhopal organized an interactive session with the renowned physics textbook author and one of India’s prominent experimental physicists, Padma Shri H.C. Verma, at its campus.

Professor H.C. Verma engaged the audience in a thought-provoking discussion on his understanding of nature, the importance of scientific thinking, and the role of teachers in promoting education and critical thinking. During the session, Professor Verma emphasized the need for observation and wonder at various natural processes and phenomena to truly learn science. The entire session was also broadcast live on the center’s official YouTube channel, making it accessible to the general public in the future.

Towards the end, Professor Verma interacted with the young audience and answered several questions related to science education and learning. Approximately 300 attendees, including students, teachers, parents, and the general public, benefited from the event.
