CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The 89th foundation day of the All India Hayhay Kalchuri Mahasabha will be celebrated at the LNCT University auditorium located on Kolar Road. Media in-charge Rajesh Rai informed that during the foundation day program, key officials from regional Kalchuri community organizations active in several states, including Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Odisha, and Tamil Nadu, discussed various issues in the interest of the community. The discussion session was inaugurated by Saint Dr. Harihar Anand from Vrindavan, Swami Sant Purnanand Saraswati, Swami Omprakash, National President Jaynarayan Chouksey, the chief coordinator of the program Advocate M.L. Rai, and Mayor Malti Rai, who performed the ritual worship of Lord Rajrajeshwar Sri Sahasrabahu and lit the lamp.
National President Jaynarayan Chouksey stated that the Mahasabha aims to give the community a unified identity through a single name, logo, and flag. He acknowledged that achieving this currently seems challenging because the Kalchuri community is divided into various surnames and classes across the country, with several regional and national organizations. However, he suggested that if any community event is organized by our social groups, they should start writing “Kalchuri Samaj” on the banner, which will gradually establish the identity of the Kalchuri community nationwide. From the stage, Mr. Chouksey also raised the slogan “One Kalchuri for All, All Kalchuris for One.” On this occasion, the Mahasabha honored the guests from outside by presenting them with mementos.
In the discussion session, a proposal was passed to rename Maheshwar to Rajrajeshwar Dham Maheshwar and to declare a permanent holiday on Shri Sahasrarjun Jayanti. The Mahasabha will draft this proposal and send it to the central and state governments for approval.
