CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Two-Day Residential Training for Navankur Institutions of Bhopal and Sehore Districts Commences

A two-day residential training program for Navankur Institutions of Bhopal and Sehore districts, organized by the Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad, began at the State Agriculture and Extension Training Institute, Bhopal.

In the inaugural session, Executive Director Dhirendra Kumar Pandey highlighted that the training aims to strengthen the capacities of Navankur institutions. He emphasized the significance of the Navankur Scheme, which assigns responsibilities to these institutions to work according to defined standards.

Pandey urged the Navankur institutions to contribute significantly to village development in their respective areas and to excel in fields like environmental conservation, energy preservation, and organic farming, thereby establishing their unique identity in the region. He extended his best wishes to the representatives for their efforts toward impactful work.

The training began with a lamp-lighting ceremony before the portrait of Bharat Mata. Director Varun Acharya, Regional Coordinator, Bhopal, outlined the objectives of the training. Amitabh Srivastava, Regional In-charge Director, provided insights into the concept of village development.

The program was conducted by Kokila Chaturvedi, District Coordinator, Bhopal, and a vote of thanks was delivered by Parul Upadhyay, District Coordinator, Sehore.

The event witnessed participation from district and block coordinators of Bhopal and Sehore districts, along with representatives of Navankur institutions.
