CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A public welfare camp was organised at the community centre near Nariyalkheda Dussehra Ground, Ward No. 12, under the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan-2026 being run by the Madhya Pradesh government to ensure quick resolution of citizens’ problems and delivery of welfare scheme benefits to eligible beneficiaries.
Sharma said that through the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, the government’s priority is to take governance to the people’s doorstep, ensure benefits of schemes reach eligible beneficiaries, and resolve every genuine problem with sensitivity. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, the state government is committed to delivering the benefits of schemes and facilities to the last person in the last row of society with a resolve of service, good governance and public trust.
At the camp, citizens were informed about various public welfare schemes and action was taken to provide benefits to eligible beneficiaries. The aim of the campaign is to ensure that government schemes reach the public in an easy and transparent manner, along with on-the-spot resolution of local problems.
Collector Priyank Mishra said that through the Chief Minister Jan Vishwas Abhiyan, eligible citizens are being provided benefits of public welfare schemes in a transparent and accessible manner. He said a dedicated “Colony Cell” has been set up at the Collectorate for systematic and quick resolution of problems related to colonies.
Collector Mishra appealed to local residents to form Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) in their areas. He said RWAs would help raise colony-related issues effectively on a common platform and facilitate their resolution. He directed officials to ensure quality disposal of all applications and complaints received at the camp within the prescribed time limit.
After the public welfare camp, Collector Priyank Mishra conducted a surprise inspection of Anganwadi Centre No. 216 operating in the Nariyalkheda area. He reviewed the arrangements at the centre, the facilities being provided to children and related activities. The Collector also inspected the water tank under construction in the area, reviewed the progress of construction work and issued necessary directions to the concerned officials.
Mayor Malti Rai, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Sanskriti Jain, Councillor Devendra Bhargava, Councillor Shailesh Sahu, administrative officials and local citizens were present at the camp.
